The best part of becoming a NOVA Online student is that no matter where you are studying, you've got a team of experts supporting you. Whatever your educational goals are, we are here to help you achieve them. You can reach a NOVA Online staff member by phone, chat, or email, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. And technical support is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm.
